F.A.Q.

FDDay is one of the most exclusive startup event in Europe. It is primarily designed for C-Level startup executives and VCs. The 2019 edition was capped at 3000 attendees. It was completely sold-out two weeks before, drawing 40 nationalities, 400 VCs and 20 unicorn founders. In 2020, #FDDay will be designed for a smaller, high-level, VVIP audience.

A UK journalist once presented FDDay as the « family reunion of the European startup ecosystem ». In February 2019, French magazine Challenges named it “the place to be” for the “European Digital Gotha”. In 2020, French media dubbed it “the startup version of Davos”. This is quite accurate.

France Digitale is the largest startup organization in Europe, with 1400 Startup members and 100+ VC.

For FDDay itself, doors open on September 15th at 1pm and close on September 16th at 1am. FDDay includes: - a 1to1 meeting track for startups founders looking for VCs (mostly C, D, E and late-stage rounds) - inspirational talks on three simultaneous stages - a press room for press conferences and 1to1 media interviews

FDDAY is a « no intern/no consultant/no bullshit zone ». We consider the event as a family reunion of the European startup ecosystem, with 2,500 C-Level startup executives. Over the past five years, we have welcome renowned speakers, such as Pieter Van Der Does (Adyen), Chris Barton (Shazam), Theo Vassilakis (Grab), Michael Pryor (Trello), Azmat Yusuf (CityMapper), Morten Primdahl (Zendesk) or David Buttress (JustEat).

They have an expert view of the topic and they are looking for inspirational ideas.

No. No one can buy his/her way in. This is an exclusive invite-only event, for the top 2500 startup leaders in Europe.
